triathlon training day 5. Sunday. Day to give thanks. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU for being a running day. Sweet, sweet running. Trusty old friend. Thank you. Thank you for restoring the microscopic amount of faith I have in myself that if, and that's a big if, I survive the swim and bike part of this crazy thing, I will sail through the run.
